A place to practice, grow, and belong

Become a Freedom WingsHealing Guide.

You may be ready for private practice without wanting to build every piece of it alone.

Freedom Wings is growing, and we are looking for independently licensed therapists who want meaningful clinical work, professional freedom, and a supportive practice in which to build a lasting professional home.

Bring your clinical voice. Build with support.

You do not need to practice exactly like anyone else here. We want to understand the clients you serve best, the approaches that shape your work, and what you hope your next professional chapter will feel like.

Freedom Wings is an integrative, trauma-informed mental-health practice in Clarksville, Arkansas. Clinicians maintain independent clinical judgment while working within established Freedom Wings standards, systems, and values.

There are no perfect answers. We are looking for honesty, alignment, dependability, and a strong mutual fit.

Private-practice freedom without carrying every piece alone.

This application gives us a thoughtful first look at your professional foundation, clinical work, and goals. It usually takes 15–20 minutes. Your résumé stays connected to your application.

01About You

Just the basics so we know how to reach you.

02Your Professional Foundation

Tell us where you are professionally and what credentials you already have in place.

03Credentialing & Payer Experience

Prior credentialing helps us understand your starting point. Freedom Wings selects payer networks based on reimbursement, administrative requirements, client need, and practice capacity. Any Counseling Compact privilege must also satisfy applicable payer enrollment requirements.

Which payer networks are you currently or previously individually credentialed with?
04The Practice You Want to Build

07Professional Agreements

These practical questions help us identify anything that needs to be discussed before moving forward. Answer honestly; an explanation is not automatically a disqualifier.

Upload your résumé so it stays connected to your application. Please do not include your Social Security number, CAQH login credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

If a technical issue prevents you from uploading your résumé, email it to Apply@FreedomWings.org.
